About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations within its hotels in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing key HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture, contributing to the overall guest experience through effective team member support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
Ensure adherence to corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations.
Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to cultivate a positive workplace environment.
Manage HR systems and compliance, including team member data management, tracking employment transitions, generating reports, and processing unemployment claims.
Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and acknowledge achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
