Leasing Consultant

About the Role

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, known internally as a Leasing & Live It Specialist, involves serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. The position focuses on creating positive experiences and fostering community connections within the company's apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents professionally and warmly.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours, highlighting community features and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads into leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs.
• Accurately complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork.
• Contribute to community occupancy and renewal goals.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining office and common areas to promote a welcoming environment.
• Support property marketing through social media and community outreach.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, enthusiasm, and drive in daily operations.
• Clear communication skills, effective in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to influence and connect with people, overcome objections, and inspire prospects.
• Willingness to learn and be coached on established practices.

Compensation

Compensation for this role includes hourly compensation, monthly leasing and renewal commissions, and eligibility for leasing incentive programs.

Work Schedule

The leasing office operates Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. One weekday off is provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule. Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on specific community needs.
