Liaison Man (Onshore & Offshore)

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Liaison Man (Onshore & Offshore) to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating critical operational and logistical aspects between onshore and offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth personnel movement and compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access for personnel.
• Follow up on visas, medical examinations, training certificates, and all other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to manpower and personnel movements.
• Liaise with various departments including HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, as well as clients and relevant authorities.
• Efficiently resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues as they arise.
• Ensure strict compliance with both client and company requirements and procedures.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a liaison or coordination role, preferably within an onshore and offshore operational environment.
