About the Role

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a dependable and motivated professional who takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept, and welcoming communities. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for independently handling work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, and supporting the daily upkeep of the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs to ensure all service requests are completed to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all service requests are completed according to Hawthorne standards.
Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for new move-ins, adhering to company standards.
Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
Complete preventative maintenance as outlined in company policy guidelines.
Perform daily upkeep of buildings and common areas, assisting in keeping grounds neat and free of litter, debris, and pet waste.
Maintain shop appearance to facilitate quick assessment of supply inventory.
Promote professional relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff, maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude.
Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy and standards.
Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of experience in maintenance.
HVAC certification is required.
Working knowledge of routine repairs.

Work Schedule

Maintenance Technicians work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events as needed.
