Manager Valuation

About the Role

ROSHN is seeking a full-time Manager, Valuation to support the Director and Senior Manager in delivering accurate land valuations. This role is crucial for informing business planning, land sales, and financial reporting. The Manager will ensure that all valuation activities adhere to company standards, market data, and Taqeem/IVS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party valuers to validate assumptions for land valuations.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data used in valuation processes.
• Deliver timely, evidence-based valuation outputs that support investment and acquisition decisions.
