TELUS International AI Community is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join its team. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and involves evaluating diverse media content using a web-based tool. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of various task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across different media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Qualifications and Assessment Process

No prior professional experience is required for this role. Candidates will undergo a standard assessment process, which includes passing basic requirements and completing an open-book qualification exam. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided to assist candidates in preparing for the exam, which must be completed within a specific timeframe at their convenience. ID verification is also part of the hiring process.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement. The role offers the flexibility to set one's own schedule.
