Role Overview: Manager, Subcontracts

KBR is seeking a Commercial Head to manage all activities related to securing contracts for maintenance operations within the Maintenance Department. This full-time role, designated as OSUB50 - Manager, Subcontracts, involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle to ensure compliance with operational requirements and achieve World Class performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed by contractors during normal refinery operations.
• Formulate evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimations for contracts.
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing Instructions to Bidders, conducting kick-off meetings with contractors, and evaluating economical offers after technical offers have been assessed by the contract responsible.
• Ensure the implementation of company HSSEQ policies and programs within all contracts developed and managed under this role.
• Integrate QA/QC requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into all Maintenance Contractor agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a relevant commercial or subcontracts management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract lifecycles from scope development to award and authorization.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with HSSEQ and QA/QC standards within contractual frameworks.
