About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Reviewer specializing in Acoustics for a long-term, stable part-time position. This role supports remote work and is based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty of submitted manuscripts, evaluating their originality and contribution of new knowledge or insights to the field of study.
• Evaluate study design and methodology to ensure appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clear description for reproducibility.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to confirm that manuscripts incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions, determining if they are presented clearly and appropriately, and if conclusions are supported by data and significant to the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns within the manuscript.
• Formulate publication recommendations to assist journal editors in deciding whether a manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Qualifications and Experience

• A in Acoustics or a closely related discipline is required.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience relevant to academic peer review or research in acoustics.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific manuscripts.
