About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Reviewer specializing in Electrochemistry. This is a long-term, stable part-time position that supports remote work, based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves critically evaluating academic manuscripts to ensure their quality and scientific rigor before publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, determining if they contribute new knowledge or insights to the field of electrochemistry.
• Evaluate the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility of research.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to confirm that manuscripts incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions to ensure they are presented clearly, are appropriately supported by data, and hold significance within the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns within the manuscript.
• Recommend publication decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) to the journal editor based on comprehensive evaluation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD in Electrochemistry or a closely related field is required.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in academic research, publishing, or peer review.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating scientific manuscripts critically.
