About MechTech Solutions and the Role

MechTech Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology implementation projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple software implementation and technology product development projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to identify potential risks or delays proactively.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings; document Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and reports to provide clear visibility of project status to stakeholders.

Project Execution and Reporting

• Coordinate client communications effectively to provide timely updates on project progress and implementation stages.
• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and task allocation to optimize project execution.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project status reports summarizing progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of software implementation processes.

Team Management

The Project Coordinator will manage a small team member, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project coordination and delivery.
