كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design activities. This full-time role focuses on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

Role Overview

The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of projects, from initial FEED verification through detailed design and construction support. This involves leading diverse engineering teams and ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders to meet project objectives and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across all disciplines, including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, and Telecom.
• Manage FEED verification, Detailed Design, and IFC deliverables.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Coordinate engineering interfaces with the Client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor engineering progress, man-hours, resource utilization, and deliverable schedules.
• Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP studies, and technical workshops.
• Manage Technical Queries (TQs), design changes, and engineering risks.
• Provide essential engineering support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process or Mechanical).
• Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in Engineering Management.
• Proven experience specifically on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and design management processes.
