About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand within the country's project sector. The role involves strategic leadership and direct accountability for achieving sales targets and increasing market share for GROHE products.

Key Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the rapid development of profitable sales growth across all channels within the Western Region market, aligning with GROHE’s mission. The Project Manager will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, increasing market share within this sector, and enhancing GROHE's geographical presence throughout Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and provide leadership within the organization.
• Act as a key contributor in strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the Project Channel Sales Mission effectively.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid-term and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.

Project Management and Market Development

• Write and maintain project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Identify key channels and target opportunities for project business within the region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in project sales management and strategic market development. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to foster professional relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Work Environment
