About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager Western Region to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving profitable sales growth and enhancing market presence for the GROHE brand within the Western Region. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in project management and sales development.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the rapid development of profitable sales growth across all channels in the Western Region, aligning with GROHE’s mission. The Project Manager will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, increasing market share within the sector, and expanding GROHE's geographical footprint throughout Saudi Arabia. This position holds collective accountability for overall country results and contributes significantly to the strategic planning for channel development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Execute the Project Channel Sales Mission effectively.
• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within GROHE's project system.
• Identify key channels and targets within the region for project business development.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.

Strategic Alignment and Reporting

• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure local implementation of strategies is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database or records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in project management, sales development, and market share growth within a competitive environment, preferably within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
