Public Area Attendant

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces, contributing to a positive guest experience. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
• Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests as needed to support housekeeping operations.
• Execute periodic deep cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
