Role Overview

Public Area Attendants, referred to as Guest Environment Experts, are responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions across the entire hotel. This role is integral to ensuring that all spaces within the hotel consistently meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation, directly impacting the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Performing other similar duties to ensure hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.
