Role Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a range of housekeeping tasks, ensuring that all hotel spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This position requires individuals to be proactive in their duties, including responding to guest requests and maintaining public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations and guests.
• Uphold established quality standards in all tasks.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
• Stock carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Perform other similar housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
• Execute all assigned tasks accurately and completely.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
