The Role of Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for supporting and monitoring quality standards across both clinical and non-clinical services within SEH Healthcare. The specialist will ensure compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and accreditation requirements, contributing to the organization's commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits and review processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports and track key performance indicators.
• Participate in root cause analyses.
• Contribute to training and awareness initiatives related to quality and safety.
• Support the development and refinement of quality assurance frameworks.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Saudi Arabia. The Quality Specialist will work within a collaborative environment, engaging with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality objectives.
