About the Reservations Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the hotel's reservations operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The Reservations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the reservations process to ensure memorable guest experiences and optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group bookings, corporate rates, and special events effectively.
• Manage third-party channels, including negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of reservation procedures to maximize conversion.
• Generate and review key performance reports, such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience
