Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Accor is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant within a 5-star hotel. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining high standards of luxury hospitality, and leading the restaurant team. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving operational and financial targets within a hotel that is part of the Accor network, which includes over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations. This role requires a proven ability to consistently exceed guest expectations in a high-end environment, coupled with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive and memorable impact for customers, colleagues, and the environment, embodying responsible hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve excellent performance.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
• Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and staffing levels to support profitability.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and personalized guest service.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Kitchen, F&B team, and other hotel departments.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure consistent communication and teamwork.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and revenue generation.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
