The Role of Senior Manager - Planning and Control

The Senior Manager - Planning and Control serves as the central point of control for planning, performance, and transformation under the Operational General Manager. This full-time role is critical for overseeing the integrated business plan and operational planning cycles within Botanica.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of control for planning, performance, and transformation for the Operational General Manager.
• Own the integrated business plan and manage the operational planning cycle.
• Oversee the KPI scorecard and conduct business unit performance reviews.
• Manage cost and variance control in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Maintain and update the risk register.
• Manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives designed to grow Botanica's revenue streams and capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in planning, performance management, or control roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex business plans and operational cycles.
• Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and business review processes.
• Proficiency in financial control, including cost and variance analysis.
• Experience in risk management and strategic initiative portfolio management.
