About Qiddiya Investment Company

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Precinct Development (Urban Core). This full-time role (REQ742) involves leading the development of a major mixed-use precinct within the Urban Core, focusing on public realm, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will provide end-to-end development leadership for a significant Urban Core precinct. This includes guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct meets its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. The role requires balancing commercial outcomes with the creation of urban experiences that support economic growth, community engagement, and sustained asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and broader organizational goals.
Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience as a development professional. The role requires an individual capable of managing complex mixed-use developments and integrating various asset types to achieve strategic objectives.
