About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Precinct Development to lead the end-to-end development of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct in Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves overseeing public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The position requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Manager will be instrumental in guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The primary objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. This role focuses on creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and sustained asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex mixed-use precinct developments.
• Proven ability to balance commercial objectives with high-quality urban experiences.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, within Qiddiya Investment Company. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale urban development projects.
