The Role of Senior Solution Analyst

Code Ninja is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain, payment systems, and core banking platforms. In this full-time role, you will be embedded within a banking IT delivery environment, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. You will also support solution design, integration, and testing through robust documentation and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and hands-on exposure to BRD analysis, functional and technical specifications, Low-Level Design (LLD), APIs, and integrations across payment and core banking systems. This role ensures solutions align with strategic goals and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and break them down into solution components.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including SRDs.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions.
• Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear, structured documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business–IT alignment.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in solution analysis or business analysis within the banking domain.
• Documentation: Proven experience analyzing BRDs and producing BRD/SRD documentation and functional specifications.
• Design & Development: Hands-on exposure to Low-Level Design (LLD) and development environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in payment systems and core banking platforms, understanding of banking business portfolios and product structures, and awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Technical Skills: Ability to work across technical aspects including APIs, system integrations, and system architecture; ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications; experience supporting integration and testing phases.
• Core Competencies: Strong requirement gathering and functional analysis skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive business–IT alignment and document solutions professionally.
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience working in KSA’s banking sector.
