The Server Role

EDITION Hotels is seeking a Server to contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. This full-time role is central to ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience, with every interaction contributing positively to their overall stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive and seamless dining experience.
• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Uphold quality standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within a hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires physical activity and stamina. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods across various surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information on menus and other materials.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Perform tasks that involve reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
