About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This full-time position involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience from vehicle reception to release. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Receive customers and their vehicles in a professional manner.
Open job cards with clear and detailed customer concerns.
Raise vehicle job cards for each service, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and customer records are maintained.
Liaise effectively with customer booking, workshop loading, and parts operations.
Notify customers of any problems or additional work required, gain authorization to proceed, and keep them informed of progress.
Keep customers fully and regularly informed of changes to costs and expected completion times/dates.
Promote other services and products to customers as appropriate.
Receive completed job cards and vehicle invoices, notify customers of completion and costs, and arrange vehicle movement.
Meet customers to explain work done and invoice details, ensuring payment is made before vehicle release.
Handle all customer complaints speedily and effectively, escalating unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure all departmental administration is handled promptly and correctly.

Administrative Guidelines

Manage work in progress, ensuring no item is over one month old without acceptable explanation.
Adhere to cash debt policies, prohibiting unauthorized credit facilities.
Release vehicles only with prior authority from the Reception or Service Manager.
Maintain accurate records and vehicle release forms.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar service advisor role or related customer service position within the automotive industry.
