Accor is seeking a Spa Therapist for SLS The Red Sea. SLS Hotels, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, are recognized for their design and service. SLS The Red Sea is a newly opened resort on the Red Sea coast, featuring 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. The resort aims to provide a blend of experiences for guests.

Role Summary

As a Spa Therapist at SLS The Red Sea, you will be responsible for delivering personalized wellness experiences. This role involves performing professional treatments and ensuring guest comfort and care throughout their spa journey. You will work closely with the Spa team to maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with professional certifications and spa protocols.
• Welcome guests and guide them through their treatment experience.
• Understand individual guest needs and personalize treatments as appropriate.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments, wellness experiences, and home-care products.
• Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits through service.
• Support spa service and retail sales targets through appropriate guest recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring all products, equipment, and linens are arranged.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and safety across treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms provide the appropriate ambiance, including lighting, temperature, scent, and music.
• Monitor treatment supplies and communicate replenishment needs to the Spa Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Spa Reception, attendants, and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Support opening, closing, and general spa operational duties as required.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, or operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
• Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in line with local requirements.
• Participate in training to continuously develop treatment techniques, service skills, and product knowledge.
• Follow SLS grooming, service, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid professional certification or license in massage therapy, beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related wellness discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, spa, or wellness environment.

This is a full-time position within the spa team at SLS The Red Sea.
