About the Role

Edition is seeking a TSA/Captain to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering a memorable and unique guest experience, extending beyond standard food and beverage service. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Take initiative to provide a range of services that ensure guest satisfaction during their meal.
• Set tables and prepare dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

• Maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over varied surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
