Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Manar Al Omran Formwork & Scaffolding Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and supporting manpower requirements for operations within Saudi Arabia and, when necessary, other regional and international locations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with management to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, databases, referrals, professional networks, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Conduct proactive headhunting for specialized, technical, and managerial positions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, CV analysis, job description preparation, communication, and recruitment reporting.
• Perform initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates against technical, professional, and cultural criteria.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain an updated database and pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare professional job advertisements and optimize them for LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports covering vacancies, sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, hiring timelines, and recruitment KPIs.
• Support recruitment efforts for Saudi Arabia and, as required, other regional and international operations.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools within recruitment processes.
• Established network with local and international recruitment agencies.
• Previous experience managing overseas recruitment or manpower sourcing.
• Proven ability to proactively source and headhunt candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluent or very good command of English and Arabic.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or technical positions is highly preferred.
• GCC recruitment experience is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, supporting both local and international recruitment operations as needed.
