About the Role: Team Leader Maintenance

NADEC Foods, a leading dairy and food manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Team Leader Maintenance for a full-time position in the Eastern Region. This role is central to leading maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of the company's dairy manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, and lead all maintenance activities related to dairy processing equipment, facilities, and utilities. The Team Leader will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to support the production of high-quality dairy products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability and root cause analysis initiatives to minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement maintenance improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance and contribute to continuous improvement programs.

Candidate Profile and Experience

This role is suitable for a maintenance professional demonstrating strong leadership skills and hands-on experience. Candidates should possess expertise in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Experience within FMCG, dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing environments is required.
