St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter Saudi National to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. The core purpose of this role is to create a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, moving beyond standard food service to deliver a comprehensive range of guest-focused interactions.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Waiter Saudi National include:

Setting tables according to established service standards.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and attentive manner.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.

Guest Service Approach

This role emphasizes a proactive approach to guest service, where individuals are expected to take initiative in delivering a wide range of services. The objective is to ensure that every aspect of the guest's dining experience, including transactions, feels integrated and contributes to a positive and lasting impression.

Physical Demands of the Role

The position requires significant physical activity and stamina. Responsibilities include:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, often moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu items and guest orders.
Performing hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as part of daily duties.

Successful execution of these physical requirements, alongside other reasonable job duties, is critical for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
