About the Role

Starlinks is seeking a Warehouse Manager, Spare Parts to lead and enhance warehouse and transport operations within a high-tech, fast-moving consumer goods environment. This full-time role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and seamless logistics through advanced technologies, innovative processes, and effective transport management. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage advanced warehouse management systems, transport management systems, and automation to streamline operations.
Oversee transport and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, optimizing routes, and maintaining service quality.
Enforce adherence to FMCG standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring product integrity and compliance.
Utilize predictive analytics and real-time data for precise inventory and logistics planning.
Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and route optimization strategies to continuously improve process efficiency.
Build a skilled team proficient in operating warehouse and transport technologies, emphasizing continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Collaborate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse and logistics operations.
Promote sustainable practices in warehouse and transport operations to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across warehouse and transport operations.
Oversee financial aspects of warehouse and transport operations, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction by optimizing storage standards, delivery timelines, and service quality.
Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions in transport and warehouse operations.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks in transport and warehouse operations, ensuring resilience and continuity.
Utilize transport management systems to optimize delivery schedules, track shipments in real time, and improve fleet utilization.

Experience and Qualifications
