AFCAP V PSAB: CE Operations Support Specialist

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking an AFCAP V PSAB: CE Operations Support Specialist for a full-time position. This role focuses on providing customer support services to the 378 Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron (ECES) at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The specialist will be responsible for identifying facility needs, categorizing work, and reviewing work orders, supporting BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services for the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) and associated units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage the work order priority program, ensuring compliance with legal limits and support agreements, and performing service call functions.
• Operate computer and communications equipment to support workforce management activities, including the preparation and maintenance of workforce records and reports.
• Coordinate work, facility inspections, and service disruptions with facility managers or occupants at least two working days before scheduled work, or as local standards specify.
• Identify, estimate, plan, and procure necessary resources for all approved work.
• Review work requests, investigate them, and recommend accomplishment methods, while maintaining a system to provide work order status to customers.
• Develop and manage processes for obtaining digging, welding, and confined space entry permits, ensuring approval from appropriate offices.
• Manage and support the Work Request Review Board (WRRB) process, including setting up meetings, providing agendas, and facilitating decisions on work accomplishment.
• Function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting * deployed forces and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and sharing information as required.
• Ensure all contractual performance objectives are met and contractual submittals are provided to the government.
• Be available within two hours of notification to meet with Government personnel on the installation, as required.
• Ensure the successful delivery of services to approximately 4,000 personnel at all times.
• Properly utilize, account for, and safeguard all government and contractor-provided property, including facilities, equipment, tools, information, and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Requirements

The role may involve exposure to potentially hazardous conditions requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and safety glasses. The ability to push, pull, and lift heavy equipment may be required. The position necessitates the use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability for work activities.
