Agile Coach

About the Role

Integrated Solutions Tawantech is seeking an Agile Coach to drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across technology teams. This full-time role involves coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working to enhance delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational agility. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile adoption within technology teams. The Agile Coach will be instrumental in guiding various teams and stakeholders through Agile methodologies, ensuring practices are aligned with organizational goals and contribute to overall efficiency and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach squads on Agile principles, frameworks, and behaviors across multiple business lines.
• Guide Tech Leads in facilitating ceremonies and managing delivery cadence.
• Develop Product Owner capabilities and promote effective backlog management.
• Coach Kanban teams on flow, Work In Progress (WIP) limits, and service-level expectations.
• Assess Agile maturity and implement improvements in team effectiveness and delivery performance.
• Onboard new squads to a standard operating model to reduce time-to-productivity.
• Ensure Agile practices comply with change governance, audit traceability, and regulatory risk controls.
• Establish and monitor DORA and flow metrics using Jira and GitLab.
• Identify and remove organizational and process impediments to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and transformation initiatives.
• Support alignment across squads, business lines, and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Chapter Leads on capability development, influencing without direct authority.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and sustainable delivery practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an Agile coaching or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for relevant departments.
• Experience in managing, guiding, and assisting direct reports to perform functional operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Proven capability to set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate team performance, and offer regular feedback.
