Role Overview

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I, a fresh graduate Saudi National, to join the team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, requiring 0-1 years of experience, focuses on sales support and enhancing the customer experience. The position involves supporting technical requests, optimizing customer experience programs, and contributing to business growth. The primary objective is to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop product enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of Fire, Security, or BMS solutions is preferred.
