Associate Managing Consultant SAP Tax and Revenue Management

About the Role

Invenio Business Solutions is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant specializing in SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM). This full-time role involves leading and executing SAP TRM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. The position requires a seasoned consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICA/PSCD/TRM, focusing on corporate taxation and broader tax and revenue processes.

Role Overview

The Associate Managing Consultant will translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and project teams. Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP TRM solutions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP TRM/FICA/PSCD implementation and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Perform and oversee system configuration and process optimization.
• Support upgrades, rollouts, and Application Management Services (AMS) activities.
• Manage incident resolution and change requests.
• Coordinate and support testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure alignment of business processes with SAP solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team development.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICA/PSCD/TRM.
• Strong functional expertise in tax and revenue processes, including corporate taxation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of business processes for focus areas or modules.
• Ability to conduct research and perform detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of business functionality related to SAP modules/applications and the ability to identify touch points between modules.
• Proficiency in solving detailed SAP problems.
• Ability to understand and explain best business practices, particularly those enabled by SAP.
