About the Role

ITHR Technologies Consulting is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury – Quality Assurance Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program for a leading Oil & Gas organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves being part of an Independent Quality Assurance (QA) team, responsible for reviewing, assessing, and validating the quality, completeness, effectiveness, and compliance of SAP Treasury solutions and implementation deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review and evaluate SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management solution designs, configurations, and functional specifications.
• Assess end-to-end treasury business processes, including financial transaction management, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Review SAP Bank Account Management (BAM) design, bank statement processing, and cash management integration.
• Evaluate SAP S/4HANA Cash and Liquidity Management solution designs and liquidity forecasting methodologies.
• Assess financial risk management solutions covering foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, including hedge accounting designs and IFRS 9 compliance.
• Review money market and investment management processes, trade finance, and Letters of Credit (LC) solutions.
• Assess bank connectivity architecture, SWIFT integration, and payment communication solutions.
• Review market data management processes, treasury analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Assess integration between SAP Treasury and other SAP S/4HANA functional areas such as FI, CO, AP, AR, MM, SD, and PS.
• Conduct independent reviews of Solution Design Documents (SDDs), functional specifications, and interface design documents.
• Participate in formal design assurance and project Quality Gate assessments.
• Review System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, test plans, and execution results.
• Assess data migration strategies, procedures, and reconciliation for SAP Treasury.
• Review cutover plans, deployment schedules, Go-Live readiness, and post-Go-Live stabilization activities.
• Identify treasury-related functional, financial, compliance, integration, testing, migration, and deployment risks, and prepare quality assurance reports.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with extensive functional expertise in SAP Treasury and Cash Management.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with substantial involvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• At least 2 SAP implementations within the Oil & Gas, Midstream, Downstream, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bank Account Management (BAM), Cash Operations, Cash and Liquidity Management, Liquidity Planning and Forecasting, Foreign Currency Risk Management, Hedge Accounting and IFRS 9 Requirements, Interest Rate Derivatives, Money Market and Investment Management, Letters of Credit and Trade Finance, Market Data Management, Treasury Analytics and SAP Fiori, Treasury Workstation Integration, and SWIFT and Multi-Bank Connectivity.
• Experience in independent quality assurance, solution assessments, design validation, or SAP implementation governance.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration capabilities, and leading practices.
• Proven ability to independently review Solution Design Documents and challenge proposed solutions.
• Hands-on experience in reviewing SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, Go-Live readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and availability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia during designated project phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Treasury Management or a related functional area.
• Previous experience as an Independent QA Consultant, SAP Treasury Solution Assurance Consultant, or SAP Treasury Functional Lead.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the GCC region.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, SAP Signavio, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of IFRS 9 financial instruments, hedge accounting, and related financial reporting requirements.
• Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
