About the Role

The Associate Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and inventory movement within the retail business. This full-time role involves organizing accurate picking and packing processes and ensuring timely delivery to stores and customers. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving of all shipments into the warehouse, verifying against procurement records, ensuring order accuracy, and reporting inconsistencies or damages promptly.
• Manage quality check activities and ensure proper tagging of every item. Organize safe and secure storage to prevent damage or loss.
• Ensure timely submission of Good Receipt Notes (GRN) to Finance for supplier invoice matching and payments.
• Supervise timely discrepancy/damage reporting and escalations as required.
• Arrange picking, quality checks, and packing of items based on store and customer orders, coordinating with the last-mile team for deliveries.
• Monitor daily Service Level Agreements (SLA) for both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring all daily SLA timelines are met.
• Manage Salesforce tickets and ensure timely responses to all cases assigned to the warehouse.
• Handle store and customer returns, ensuring necessary actions are completed within stipulated SLA timelines.
• Manage shifts and ensure daily shift targets are achieved.
• Track and maintain records of user productivities and ensure warehouse assistants' KPIs are met.
• Support warehouse supervisors in shift, ROTA planning, and staff allocations.
• Review operational processes from a risk management perspective, identify and qualify new areas of risk, and escalate concerns to the site HSE committee.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance, produce quality work, and support their continuous development for higher-level roles.
• Maintain HSE practices in the working environment to minimize property damage and injury to self and colleagues, proactively reminding colleagues to adhere to defined HSE processes.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
