About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for representing the brand and contributing to sales within the store by providing exceptional customer service and retail experience. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize and contribute to store sales through customer service.
• Perform operational duties including store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned.
• Possess knowledge of various cosmetics products and accessories.
• Demonstrate make-up selling skills and recommend specific products to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure brand representation meets required standards, maintain updated product knowledge, and minimize stock loss.
• Arrange and display stock according to standard layout norms to attract customers.
• Maintain awareness and vigilance regarding store security.
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) / Billing Counter.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Tally cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sale or festival periods.
• Record inventory inward/outward and maintain related reports.
• Stay updated on various brands within the group for suggestive selling.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and accessories.
• Demonstrated make-up selling skills.
