Role Overview

The Beauty Advisor will leverage a strong understanding of beauty products, current trends, and application techniques to effectively recommend and demonstrate products to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying suitable beauty products for their specific needs.
• Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, clearly explaining their benefits and application techniques.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and product developments to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Support with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
• Work towards achieving personal and store sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously enhance selling skills and remain updated on new product offerings.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, with a preference for experience within the beauty industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, current trends, and application techniques.
