The Role of Bell Captain

As Bell Captain, you will lead the daily operations of the Bell and Door teams within the Concierge department at Rosewood Red Sea. This full-time position in Saudi Arabia involves overseeing luggage handling, guest escorts, transportation coordination, and entrance operations. You will report to the Concierge leadership team and collaborate with Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Butler Services, Airport Representatives, and Transportation to ensure efficient and hospitable guest arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Bell and Door teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless luggage handling, escorts, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain the resort entrance experience, ensuring the driveway, lobby entrance, and guest arrival areas meet Rosewood standards.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler Services, Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Transportation teams to support guest needs and operational priorities.
• Supervise and develop Bell Attendants and Doormen through coaching, training, and performance support.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and discreet handling of guest requests, deliveries, luggage storage, and special requirements.

• Experience leading guest-facing teams within a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with an ability to develop and motivate others.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver professional, personalized service.
