Business Analysts

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and translating business needs into effective technology and operational solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand objectives, document requirements, identify process improvements, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document current (“As-Is”) business processes and define future (“To-Be”) processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation and provide business input into proposed solutions.
• Participate in requirements validation, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and data-flow diagrams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-scenario preparation, test-case review, and defect clarification.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience with digital transformation, ERP, enterprise applications, or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN, BABOK, or ITIL.
