The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Fire & Safety Officer (Manufacturing) to join its team. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team, contributing to the company's growth plans driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Fire Prevention Manager in reducing the risk of loss from fire or smoke damage to Almarai resources, including personnel, buildings, plant and equipment, products, raw materials, and information retrieval systems (both paper and electronic).
• Conduct regular inspections of all workplaces to identify unsafe plant, working conditions, and practices.
• Ensure the security and loss prevention of plant facilities, equipment, machinery, raw/finished goods, components, and other company assets. This involves setting up fixed and mobile security surveillance systems and procedures, and closely monitoring all areas to capture events.
• Safeguard, patrol, and monitor against theft, pilferage, sabotage, and vandalism occurring within and outside the CPP plant and complex.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate fire and safety risks within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with security surveillance systems and loss prevention procedures.
