About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Cluster F&D Order Taker to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for delivering hospitality by managing guest food and beverage orders. The position requires 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Receive, record, and process guest food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
Communicate with the Kitchen, Restaurant, Room Service, and other departments to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
Enter guest orders, special requests, charges, and service details accurately into the hotel operating system/POS.
Respond to guest requests courteously, confirm order details, follow up on delivery times, and ensure requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.
Monitor the status of pending orders and coordinate any changes, cancellations, or special requests with relevant F&D team members.
Verify food and beverage charges, billing information, and order details to minimize errors.
Follow up on pending orders and guest comments while supporting the F&D team in delivering service and guest experiences.
