The Role of Order Taker

As an Order Taker, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests requesting In Villa Dining services at Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing menu guidance, managing guest requests, and coordinating with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver personalized dining experiences. You will report to the In Room Dining Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and engaging guest service through telephone interactions.
• Provide accurate menu recommendations, including guidance on dietary needs, allergens, and guest preferences.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through suggestive selling and promotion of hotel dining experiences.
• Coordinate guest requests, special deliveries, and VIP requirements to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of In Villa Dining offerings, daily specials, and hotel promotions.
• Uphold Rosewood and LQA standards, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and service expectations.
