About St. Regis and the Opportunity

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is dedicated to providing luxury experiences across more than 50 properties globally. The brand, established by John Jacob Astor IV, is known for its bespoke service and signature Butler Service. As a Cluster Government Relations Coordinator - Saudi National, you will join St. Regis, part of the Marriott International portfolio, in a full-time capacity. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

This position involves providing administrative and support functions within the Human Resources department, focusing on maintaining records, assisting employees and candidates, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The coordinator will handle various office tasks and contribute to a professional and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems for various documents.
  • Prepare and type office correspondence using computer applications.
  • Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
  • Answer phone calls and accurately record messages.
  • Create new employee personnel files and ensure their completeness.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
  • Maintain the designated application area, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues within the division or property.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
  • Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Proficiency in creating and typing office correspondence using a computer.
  • Strong organizational skills for creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and guests.
