The Co-Founder Role

Ruh Al-Fann is seeking a Co-Founder to join the team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role requires an individual with over 10 years of experience who operates with a comprehensive understanding of startup development. The ideal candidate will contribute across brand, product, operations, finance, and go-to-market strategies, bringing a network, influence, and capital to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the company's global vision and end-to-end growth strategy.
Lead partnerships, fundraising discussions, and international expansion initiatives.
Facilitate connections with luxury retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders through an established network.
Provide capital or investor access to accelerate early-stage growth.
Contribute to establishing Ruh Al-Fann as a prominent sustainable luxury fashion brand.
