About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Crane Operator Trainer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes and heavy equipment through comprehensive training and competency assessment.

Role Overview

The Crane Operator Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering both theoretical and practical training programs for mobile crane operations. This position requires strong hands-on experience in mobile crane operations and heavy equipment, with a focus on assessing operator competency and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training for mobile crane operations.
• Conduct hands-on training covering crane operation, lifting procedures, and safe equipment handling.
• Assess trainees' knowledge, practical skills, and overall operator competency.
• Demonstrate proper crane operating techniques and safe work practices.
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance to trainees as needed.
• Conduct practical assessments and maintain accurate training and competency records.
• Ensure all training activities comply with applicable HSE and lifting safety standards.
• Identify trainee skill gaps and recommend additional training or development.
• Support training programs related to various heavy equipment operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator Trainer.
• Strong hands-on experience in mobile crane operations and heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective theoretical and practical training.
• Experience in assessing operator competency and maintaining training records.
• Familiarity with HSE and lifting safety standards.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
