About the Role of Customer Success Account Manager

Microsoft is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to join its Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working with strategic customers to maximize the value of Microsoft technologies and achieve their business objectives. The CSAM will support customers through their cloud journey, drive the adoption of Microsoft solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.

Role Context and Impact

The Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team is dedicated to helping customers derive maximum value from Microsoft technologies. As a CSAM, you will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and coordinate resources across Microsoft and partner teams. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in delivery management, customer engagement, and cloud solutions while collaborating with enterprise customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
Drive the adoption and value realization of Microsoft cloud solutions for customers.
Develop and execute customer success plans that align with business objectives.
Lead delivery programs and coordinate Microsoft and partner teams to achieve defined customer outcomes.
Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, working within the Microsoft Customer Experience & Success team. The role involves direct engagement with strategic enterprise customers.
