About DeceptIQ and the Role

DeceptIQ is a cybersecurity project focused on developing advanced security solutions. We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for a two-month contract assignment in Saudi Arabia. This role is deliverable-based and involves critical work in data preparation, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration support for our security solution.

Role Overview

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for key stages in the development lifecycle of machine learning models, from initial data handling to deployment support. This position requires a professional with 0-1 years of experience, capable of working independently to achieve defined milestones within the project timeline. Further technical details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and validate training data for machine learning models.
• Build and execute workflows for model training and fine-tuning.
• Evaluate model results and implement improvements to enhance performance.
• Provide support for model deployment and integration into existing systems.
• Deliver all associated code, model files, and comprehensive handover documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience with hands-on fine-tuning and deployment of language models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of dataset preparation and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet agreed-upon milestones.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is considered an advantage.

Work Type and Compensation

This is a contract position for a duration of two months. The role is deliverable-based, and compensation will be discussed directly with candidates during the interview process.
