Delivery Coordinator

About the Role

United Motors Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is essential for supporting service advisors by managing vehicle check-in inspections and movements, allowing advisors to focus on customer interactions. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Delivery Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and organized handling of vehicles throughout the service process, from initial drop-off to preparation for delivery. This involves meticulous documentation and safe vehicle movement within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and document the condition of vehicles at drop-off, including noting scratches, dents, mileage, and fuel level.
• Take required photographs and complete the vehicle check-in form accurately.
• Safely move vehicles between the reception area, workshop, wash bay, and parking areas.
• Organize parking spaces and maintain secure control of vehicle keys.
• Place protective covers on vehicles and assist with preparations for vehicle delivery.
• Report any damage or incidents involving vehicles immediately upon discovery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a demonstrated safe driving record are mandatory.
• Possess good attention to detail for accurate vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with service teams.
• Basic computer or tablet skills are considered beneficial for this role.

Experience

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle handling and coordination within a service environment.
